Kathryn “Kate” Coviello-Cacciamani is an aggressive criminal defense attorney who has been practicing in the Philadelphia area for over 29 years. She works tirelessly to achieve the best results for her clients in both state and federal court.
Ms. Cacciamani was co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Criminal Justice Section in 2022 and 2023, and remains a member of the CJS Executive Committee. She represents the interest of private criminal defense attorneys on many working groups in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, and serves as a member of Philadelphia County’s Criminal Justice Advisory Board (CJAB). In February of 2024, Speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, Joanna McClinton, named Ms. Cacciamani to the first-ever Statewide Indigent Defense Advisory Committee (IDAC), where she currently serves as vice-chair.
Ms. Cacciamani regularly lectures on criminal law and sentencing matters for the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
Ms. Cacciamani is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1994, and is admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit of Court of Appeals.
She has received awards for her advocacy from both the Court of Common Pleas and Municipal Court divisions of the First Judicial District, as well as the Philadelphia Bar Association.
